(Not) So Lazy Weekend

In unele zile, in deosebi sambete, care nu sunt nici 100% pentru odihna, dar parca nici zile de facut multe n-ar fi, ma apuca asa un dor sa fac orice altceva decat ce "mi-am propus" (nu ca mi-ar placea mie mult sa fac liste cu "to do" :)). Asa ca ori coc ceva ori mai fac cate un experiment pe kombucha. Si azi a fost la fel. Dupa cateva tentative nereusite de a termina o comanda (care a ramas la stadiul de "da, cam asa ar trebui a arate, cam astea ar fi culorile), am purces spre bucatarie si am incercat o reteta pe care imi doream de mult sa o pregatesc: alivenci. N-am urmat intocmai pasii si ingredientele (asta mi se pare magia gatitului: sa poti jongla cu compozitia si, cu putina chimie implicata si mult drag, sa faci ceva bun), dar a iesit ceva delicios. Am amestecat 3 oua de la gaini de curte, o cana si jumatate de lapte batut (de la o vacuta domestica), niste brnaza telemea tare, rasa, ceapa verde, patrunjel, marar si rosii uscate, o cana si un sfert de malai, o cana si un sfert de faina integrala, sare si piper si am pus totul la copt, cam 30 de minute. O nebunie!
EN: Some days, especially Saturdays, which don't really feel like rest days, but aren't completely work days, I get in the mood of doing anything other but my "to do" list. So, I either bake something or I experiment on the kombucha. Today was the same. After trying a few times to start painting an order, I went in the kitchen to cook a receipe I wanted to try since some time. It is called "alivenci" and it's a Romanian traditional dish. I changed a little the receipe, but that's the magic of cooking: 3 eggs, beaten, one and a half coup of home made yogurt, one cup of corn flour, one cup of wheat flour, grated cheese, scallions, dill, parsley, salt and pepper and baked everything for about 30 minutes. The result was so, so tasty!
 Iar despre kombucha, am pus-o la infuzat cu flori de soc si de tei, uscate si dupa vreo 2 zile am baut cea mai cea socata, mai buna decat vara!
EN: And about the kombucha, I infused it for a couple of days with lime tree flowers and elder flowers, all dried and I drank the tastiest juice ever:)
