(Not) So Lazy Weekend
EN: Some days, especially Saturdays, which don't really feel like rest days, but aren't completely work days, I get in the mood of doing anything other but my "to do" list. So, I either bake something or I experiment on the kombucha. Today was the same. After trying a few times to start painting an order, I went in the kitchen to cook a receipe I wanted to try since some time. It is called "alivenci" and it's a Romanian traditional dish. I changed a little the receipe, but that's the magic of cooking: 3 eggs, beaten, one and a half coup of home made yogurt, one cup of corn flour, one cup of wheat flour, grated cheese, scallions, dill, parsley, salt and pepper and baked everything for about 30 minutes. The result was so, so tasty!
EN: And about the kombucha, I infused it for a couple of days with lime tree flowers and elder flowers, all dried and I drank the tastiest juice ever:)
