Absint

Pentru ca iarna e numai buna de hibernat si anul acesta ne bucuram de una adevarata,cu ger si zapada, profitam si noi de timpul care sta pentru a contura ideile lui 2017 si drumul pe care vrem sa mergem. Absintul a fost cu noi de la inceput si cumva anul acesta pare sa fie light-motivul, asa ca a venit vremea sa il promovam cum se cuvine si sa il numim membru al familiei:)
Disitilat din alcool de fructe (fara zahar), macerat cu plante aromate si medicinale (pelinul este cea care ii da gustul, isop, anason, menta) si distilat inca o data, e o bautura-tinctura pe care noi am folosit-o cu succes ca digestiv, diluata cu apa, un cocktail fin si aromat.

Absinth has been part of our journey from the beginning and it feels that this years it is the highlight, so it is time to properly promote it and name it as a member of the Primitiv family.
 Fruits alcohol , distilled ( no sugar added), in which medicinal and flavored herbs are left to macerate (wormwood is the one giving the taste, anise, mint, hyssop) and again distilled, it is a drink/medicine that we successfully used as a digestive, mixed with water, a fine and perfumed cocktail.
